along with onway – how long have you been on board?

Not very long yet, since the beginning of 2022.

What tasks does your role include?

My main task is the redesign of the onway director. Besides, I help in marketing with various work and optimize the website by aligning it with the new onway director design.

What do you particularly enjoy about your job?

The work is very varied. I can deal intensively with design but also programming. I really like the combination of creativity and technology.

Which technologies and topics do you come across in your job?

Mainly I program with TypeScript and the React framework. For the graphical activities I use different tools, from Figma to After Effects.

What professional expertise are you bringing to the table?

After my apprenticeship as a mediatechnician at Swisscom, I studied computer science at the HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil. I was already able to combine these two educations at my last job and can now intensify this combination.

What are your plans for the future, what do you definitely want to achieve with onway?

I am looking forward to the first release of the new design of the onway director. But there is still a lot of work to be done. After that, I really want to implement a stringent corporate design on all onway channels.

Why onway? To me, working at onway means…

... to work in a company where you can make a big difference and meet a bunch of motivated employees. Everyone is pulling in the same direction, and I really like that.
