I’ve been on board since October 2022.

What tasks does your role include?

As a systems engineer, I take care of the implementation of our solutions for our customers or as a consultant for our customers who need network support, e.g. for their Wi-Fi infrastructure.

What do you particularly enjoy about your job?

The opportunity to offer our customers a reliable and modern solution.

Which technologies and topics do you come across in your job?

These are the latest network technologies, be it automation (Ansible) or Wi-Fi technology (Wi-Fi 6e).

What professional expertise are you bringing to the table?

I have several years of experience in the enterprise telecommunications industry and have therefore already been able to work with various IT departments and implement complex solutions.

What are your plans for the future, what do you definitely want to achieve with onway?

At onway, there are numerous specialists in different areas: from Wi-Fi specialists to network experts and automation professionals. My goal is to establish myself as a specialist in one or even more of these areas.

For me, working at onway means working for a dynamic company that develops solutions with its own developers that meet current and future requirements.

Any final words?

As I like sport, both as a coach and as a hobby, I like the following saying, which can also be used in other areas: "If you fight and lose, you've lost, if you don't fight, you've lost anyway".
