along with onway – since when?

I started working with onway on May 3rd, 2011.

Which tasks do you deal with in your job?

My tasks include general administration, debtor and creditor accounting, financial accounting, human resource administraton and general office management.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I enjoy the versatility and variety of my job. Of course there is also routine work, but there is always something new that challenges and excites me.

Which technologies and topics do you work with?

Hmmm, I use Office 365 and Abacus for accounting. I don't really have anything to do with the technologies we sell to our customers.

What professional know-how do you bring with you?

I am a business economist HF and have recently graduated with a certificate in finance and accounting.

What are your plans for the future, what do you definitely want to achieve at onway?

More digitalization of administrative processes would be nice.

Why onway? Working at onway means for me …

… I think we're a great team, there is also place for a casual chat from time to time. We have a lot of freedom, we can work on our own personal responsibility, and our hierarchies are flat. We have good social insurance, a week's vacation more than most employees in Switzerland, and generally a very good working atmosphere.
