on1700 is the optimal computing and communication unit for all kinds of industrial applications, such as networking and remote management of machines, vending machines, displays (advertising, passenger information, guidance etc.), charging stations, surveillance cameras, IoT and smart city applications, ideal for replacing 2G/3G, etc.
The device has Ethernet, USB, Mobile and WLAN connections and can therefore be used very flexibly in both wired and wireless communication. In addition to a stable connection to the Internet, secure VPN connections to the company are also possible, for example for remote access.
No configuration is required to commission on1700. Simply unpack it, plug it in and away you go. This is possible thanks to the operating system specially developed by onway for network devices. For experts, however, there is also a wide variety of configuration options available, which can be easily adjusted via the central management tool: the onway director.
With its high-performance quad-core x86-64 processor, on1700 achieves up to 1 Gbps local routing (up to 450 Mbps VPN throughput over LTE).
