onway: along with onway – how long have you been on board?
Leonie traber: I’ve had the pleasure of working at onway since April 2024.
What tasks does your role include?
My tasks as a member of the marketing team are diverse. They range from planning new LinkedIn campaigns, writing newsletters, designing reference reports, maintaining the website, to filming customer reportages – all across Switzerland. Due to the agility and fast pace of the digital world, new challenges constantly arise that we tackle together as a team – and which enrich my work. My favorite task is probably planning our social media Advent calendar.
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
I truly appreciate being in contact with a wide variety of onway clients through different projects. Being in dialogue with them, filming reportages, or writing reference stories allows me to work closely with people. I also enjoy how varied my day-to-day work at the office is.
Which technologies and topics do you come across in your job?
The creative side of marketing is reflected in the many programs I use in my work: besides social media platforms and the onway website, graphic design and video editing tools are a regular part of my routine. In addition, I work with various tools that support workflow, communication, and co-working within the team. Transparency, clarity, and openness are key concepts here.
What professional expertise are you bringing to the table?
I’ve worked in various organizations with different backgrounds. During that time, I focused on writing all kinds of content, external communication, and social media. My university education encouraged me to think in networks and consider a range of different stakeholders.

onway: What are your plans for the future, what do you definitely want to achieve with onway?
Leonie Traber: The upcoming campaigns promise exciting collaboration with clients and other stakeholders. I’m looking forward to planning larger-scale marketing projects from A to Z.
